alias mogucho -> jing_li

Old name -> new name. The former has posts, the latter was replaced with current one but still should exist as an alias.

For some reason I can't make a bulk update request.

Copy the topic number (for example in the URL) and then make a bulk request. You can leave to title empty but you have to fill in the topic number. There's an option to do that on the request page.
This topic has number 7713.
