The artist's display name on Pixiv and twitter is isshiki. Either isshiki_(ffmania7) or isshiki_(issikiiiiiii) seems more appropriate.

I don't think mainichi_yuudachi counts as part of the artist's name. It translates to "every day yuudachi" and seems to be some type of twitter thing where people draw yuudachi_(kantai_collection) once per day or something like that.

Artist has always used the name 23. real xxiii was only ever used as a pixiv account login and only appeared in image URL links (i.e. http://i2.pixiv.net/img04/img/real_xxiii/).
