kei_(artist) is the older one with more history. It's aliased to kei_(keigarou), which has no history and identical content, so kei_(keigarou) should be deleted.

Did this too. We should probably make a wiki move thread since those are more complicated and we've got to be more careful with them.
artist #96693 - someone didn't use the 'find artist' feature and tagged it with a different artist name, and I created the wiki before realizing the artist was already in the database at artist #49403.
