reupload post#941830

I recently uploaded an image that turned out to have a file size of 7.7MB. i managed to make a copy with the same resolution(1800x2318) and quality(as far as i can see) at 729KB. I have uploaded it to photobucket and would like to know whether i should upload it as a child post or just let the image go. Any help will be appreciated. thank you

Don't upload the resize. You uploaded the original pixiv image, and that's enough.

When I save images with unnecessarily high filesizes I will most likely edit them on my end afterwards, so it's nice if someone else already did that job. I would put a link to the edited image in the comments.
