I would like condense the sticky threads into one readable chunk. Post in this topic if you have any other suggestions but I'd like to keep this to two screenfuls.

I meant to mention this in the old thread Ephyon linked, but I think the wiki can be used for this. We could write various articles in the shape of howto pages, such as Howto:Upload, Howto:Comment, Howto:Pixiv, Howto:Artist_entry etc.

Then we could link them whenever someone does something related to it (so if someone uploads something from Pixiv for the first time, a prompt could appear that says something along the lines of: "You just uploaded your first image from pixiv. Please take a moment to read the Howto:Pixiv!")

The great thing about using the wiki is that it already has a linking system in place and we can update it as new features or implicit/explicit rules are created. The only new feature would be a system that detects whether you've done certain actions and were shown the prompt. I'm not a programmer so I can't tell you how easy it would be to make, but it could be done with a "hide this prompt" thing, just like the current upload hint regarding deletions.

Albert, I added the following to the list in your first post:

This was an attempt to put into official writing what is widely universally known and frequently stated. If you disagree, have changed your mind, or think it is better placed elsewhere, please do delete it or let me know what you'd prefer. It just seems very well established and I've never once seen anything contradicting it.

BUR #2309 has been rejected.

create implication anal_beads -> sex_toy
create implication artificial_vagina -> sex_toy
create implication butt_plug -> sex_toy
create implication cock_ring -> sex_toy
create implication dildo -> sex_toy
create implication vibrator -> sex_toy

Reason: There is currently a Sex_toy tag, but it isn't getting associated with most, if not all of the Sex Toys that are listed under it in the Wiki.

Example being: Dildo currently has 8.9k tags, while Sex_Toy only has 991. Searching for Sex_toy will not bring up most of the pictures that have a Dildo in them, since currently Dildo (and the other tags) currently don't imply Sex_toy

EDIT: The bulk update request #2309 (forum #163498) has been rejected by @BrokenEagle98.
