Tag Alias: sogabe_megumi -> sokabe_megumi

Aliasing sogabe_megumi -> sokabe_megumi.

Reason: 曽我部 恵（そかべ めぐみ）
Seems like the reading shown on Japanese Wikipedia was the former (そがべ) at one point so her name was mistaken there too (but it's been corrected to そかべ for months now at least). The pronunciation is pretty clear in the series.

There's few enough posts that I think we can leave it without an alias. That frees the sogabe tag up in case it needs to be used.
