Tag Implications: costume_chart

Posted under General

I'll admit that I am one of those who tagged most of the initial posts for this tag and contributed a wiki definition, but I don't yet know how to set up tag aliases or implications.

Right now most of the images in costume_chart really do look like charts for comparison, except for post #546472 given its more cluttered nature. Since the purpose of a costume chart really is for comparison most of the time, should it get an implication for the comparison tag then? Would it then be more accurate to say costume_comparison instead of costume_chart, and if so, should these two alias each other?

Also, I'd like to know if the caveat I added in the wiki description is justified. Unless it's a straight comparison like post #620448 I think you really do need at least 3 different outfits or appearances for a single character to qualify for this tag, since a single character in just two costumes could more likely qualify for just the dual_persona tag.

Blargh I almost forgot about this.

We don't have a definition in place for chart but I do think a lot of those are not ordered enough to warrant getting chart.

I do agree that it's a kind of comparison, yes.

I'd prefer aliasing to costume_comparison, yes.

I'd say we need three unless we alias to comparison, in which case two should be fine.
