What counts as "explicit"?

Hi all. Now that Questionable posts are available to us peons, I've been doing some cleaning, as I've noticed that there are a *LOT* of Questionable posts that should be tagged Explicit. Question though: if an otherwise explicit post is censored, should it still be explicit?

Also, I realize this is a somewhat self-serving question, but are rating changes documented anywhere? They don't appear to be logged in the Tag History page, and I'd prefer my efforts to be visible to anyone who may want to reward me...

...yes, I read that. "Any image where the vagina or penis are exposed and easily visible." If an image is mosaicked though, the bits in question aren't exactly "easily visible", but the picture itself is (imho) still explicit.

I just don't want to rate a bunch of images only to have them re-rated...

Images with censoring, or with bits that other images like to censor, should be explicit, whether they're censored or not.

Mosaic doesn't change the rating. Explicit is still explicit.
