I'm thinking maybe only privileged members get to go there because I've looked every where, even searched the forum and i cant find it. Am I wrong?

You're right i didn't check the "help" section. I only assumed it was in a topic that was made by one of the moderaters to announce its opening. Now that I have actually looked in that section "mint.sayuri.ca/danbooru" is what comes up along with the instructions to "ask for rq", but i got it now thanks Kumarei!
