After tagging a post with budget_sarashi, I noticed that the tag is a lot emptier than what I remembered. The lack of binding for a full sarashi is taggable information, but I guess someone disagreed and mass edited the tag out of most of its posts.
Should the tag be revived, or is the distinction not worth tagging?
