Artist original character drawn by other artists

If they have any established name, use that. Otherwise, if you can come up with a reasonable name, do that, such as what happened with yomogi's red-eyed megane. If not, well, I dunno lol. We usually tag both artists in the case of non-established characters, I think.

The artist comment in post #529777 says her name is Erika, so go with that. I have usually gone the 'name_(artist)' route in the case of original characters, but there are obviously better choices, like the one 葉月 gave you for Yomogi's character.

I also think two or more artist tags should only be used if it's an actual collaboration, otherwise people get confused. IIRC there was even some talk about not using Tony Taka's artist tag when it's obvious from the quality that one of his apprentices drew the picture. Not sure what ever came of that, though.

Yeah, it would suck if you found a good drawing while searching for Taka Tony.

All joking aside though, I agree that artist tags should only be used to note who drew the image, not who drew the original design. I think a qualifier in the case of vague names is definitely smart though. Or, [artist]'s_[name], or something.
