Showing less than 20 thumbnails per page.

I don't see any threads about this so I'm going to man up and ask.

Recently Danbooru has been showing less than 20 thumbnails (randomly between 1 or more are absent) in the previews. Has this been happening to anyone else?

Not talking about hidden loli/shota images, I've made sure that it's not that. Artists searches that I am familiar with no longer show a robust 20/20 per page where no hidden images are present.

I use the NoScript plugin, but never had any issues with it before.

Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

That's happened to me a few times, but I didn't pay it any mind because I was tagging stuff and assumed it was Another Caching Thing.

Is this connected to that blacklist bug that's been affecting the user pages, by any chance?

Maybe? That bug is triggered whenever the same thumbnail appears on the page multiple times. AFAIK that can only happen on user pages or on comment/note search pages, though I could be mistaken. There's a patch for that bug on Trac; just waiting for albert to apply it.

Squishy: Next time you come across this, check the page source to see if "blacklisted" is in the class name of the missing thumbnail or if the thumbnail isn't there either.

You won't get thumbnails for loli/shota posts unless you have an account with access of priv or above. Both of those have loli posts.

Ah, okay that explains why some of the pages are working fine while some still have missing ones.
