How can I respond to a thread?

The "respond" form just creates a new thread.
I was trying to respond to the "Tag script request:" thread, asking what tag scripts are.

Although since I tended to just make tag scripts on the fly, I liked them a little better when it was just the dialog box popping up so you could do them right away. I got around the problem with deleting old ones by always just naming them the same thing (just a space), so that each time I refreshed all the old ones were automatically deleted. It's a little more involved now.
