A growing problem?

Posted under General

I've been noticing that a lot of pictures that should have been tagged shotacon or lolicon have not been tagged that but are rather ignored. Now I understand if the image is not dispalyed sexually then it should probably not be tagged as shotacon or lolicon, now if you are questioning yourself about the age of that someone in the image then you should tag it accordingly if there's doubt give a shout.

I do try to tag images that I see fall into this category. I've even uploaded a few with the "loli" tag. Bit strange to have gaps in your "uploaded" list, I have to say! :)

I think a lot of regular users are reluctant to use the tag though because that means the image will disappear for them. Though if it scares off advertisers there's not a lot that can be done I suppose.

How does the tag scripting work?
I've read the Help page, but didn't understand it very well.

Mode dropdown > Edit Tag Script > Enter the script[*] > Click okay > Mode automatically changes to Apply Tag Script > click on the thumbnails of the images you want to make the change to.

[*] The actual script is fairly straightforward. To apply saki to an image, your tag script is simply saki. To apply saki and haramura_nodoka your tag script is saki haramura_nodoka. To remove saki, it's -saki and to remove saki and apply original it's -saki original.

Etc.
