Hello.
I have a question in regards to third party edits. Is it allowed to make an edit to removed some wasted space in an image? Specifically, if it is an image that is a full body picture of a character with a transparent background but the background taking up an excessive amount of space compared to the actual art (check post #6083964 for a fairly benign example, some are worse). I am currently looking to upload an image but am concerned about the amount of wasted space impacting the image.
An answer to this would be much appreciated.
