A little help with a finding banned artist name

Currently im trying to find an artist that got their works taken down from the site, my only clue is that he is third person that has drawn the most art of Bremerton (Azur Lane) in related tags
So yeah, i would be really happy if anyone could help me ;)

banned artist in that list doesn't mean specific banned artist, but any of the banned artists.
You can refine your search to include only banned artists in it.
