Timestamp alt text error?

For me, holding the mouse cursor over a post's timestamp (in the 'Statistics' area, below the post ID number) to view the alt text brings up something like "Tue%20Jul%2014%2016%3A49%3A19%202009" instead of the standard format which should be like "Sun Jul 19 17:16:58 2009"

Has anyone else noticed this issue? The browser I'm using is Firefox 3.5, but the same error occurs in Internet Explorer 7 as well.

I noticed it and I'm using Firefox 3.0.11. I also get the same in Internet Explorer 8 and Google Chrome. I just shrugged it off and forgot about it after I saw it.

Same for me, also using Firefox 3.5, but I don't think it's a browser issue at this point if we're getting it with everything.

It's an html issue, most likely easily corrected as it's trying to make a url rather than display text.

The culprit would seem to be danbooru/trunk/app/helpers/application_helper.rb, lines 5-9 , where any attribute of an <a> tag generated by fast_link_to that is not onClick is assumed to be necessary to URLencode (at least I assume that's what u() does).
