Hello. Newbie reporting.
I would like to contribute artist's comments on some of the recently uploaded pictures, but since the artist's comments are actually short dialogue between the characters, I did not know if this would fall under the "No Funny Dialogues" rule. And also... do we have a rule on Artist comments? Or are those also not allowed? I thought I'd ask first before I get myself in trouble. Please let me know. Thank you.

It's fine, if you do so tag it commentary, the rule you're referring to is about just making something up from nowhere. If it's what the artist intended you're fine, just make a note at the start of the comment "artist commentary:"
Please feel free to post and translate these, as long as they're not totally inane. Getting more of the artist's thought process, even if it's nothing profound, is very much welcome.
If anyone gives you trouble about it, just send me (one of the danbooru admins) a message and I'll help sort it out.
