A term to describe the embrace of two female bodies so that the breasts interlock, hence "symmetrical docking".

Perhaps "interlock" is not the correct word to use here. While "docking" implies the interlocking action, in the context of the tag it is totally inappropriate. To interlock is to mechanically couple two or more surfaces together by having elements slide past each other. Think a zipper for example which interleaves the interlocking elements, notice the "inter" in both?

In this case there is no line of symmetry, whereas the tag both uses the word and the images are symmetrical as far as the breasts are concerned. I believe we are looking for a word similar to "butt" like "butting the pieces together"

Your thoughts?
