What type of artworks (not by quality or popular) that easy to upload for contributions. As i know that i uploading a lot of some quality some not but some it take longer to be approved (or maybe deleted) and some that i want to uploads got unres users uploaded first. That's why i have plan to change my upload for new month.
Things like nice backgrounds and interesting/funny character interactions are a plus. Something more than just “well-drawn” to capture the viewer. Personally, I find “single character with a random pose and no background” images pretty boring, even if they’re well-drawn.

Yeah, I've said this before, but there are two major quality components to every image: how well it is drawn, and how interesting it is. The latter can very often make up for the former, whereas I've also skipped uploading/saving a lot of well drawn images because they weren't that interesting to me.
If you use the userscript PISAS you can also check the Daily Pixiv Ratings to see which images aren't already uploaded. A lot of great images, that land on this pixiv rating, aren't uploaded on here.

Yes, the reason why i prefer uploading Original scenery rather than uploading Kantai Collection because problem of Prolific Uploaders such as @MaskedAvenger, @evvvk, @ㅇㅇ (Bisko) etc. They are top majority on Kancolle uploads and sometime they quickly upload faster than me, and that's why decide to select Kancolle artworks from few artists that they won't to upload to upload. Also i decide to choose not so much popular copyrights artworks to upload to avoid from being get the same problem is that some Unres will quickly uploads.
And some scenery artworks artists are not being uploaded by them so i decide to find Scenery artworks to uploads abwp. (As best way possible}
