Tag Alias: incredibly_absurdres -> insaneres

Aliasing incredibly_absurdres -> insaneres.

Reason: Sounds better, easier to type, easier to remember. Since we already have an absurdres tag, this would be a level above it.

The latter already seems to be aliased to absurdres.

We have plenty of other words we can slap in front of res to work with. I think I might favor something like excessiveres or exorbitantres though.

Once you go so far, I don't think there is any longer a natural ordering of "large" synonymous adjectives.

Let's add MO-MO-MO-MONSTER_RES too because it sounds cool.

+1 for MO-MO-MO-MONSTER_RES.

More seriously though we might want to consider adding a few more levels and if needed reorganizing what is associated with what size.

Do we really need anything greater than absurdres? I don't see the need.

Shameless plug: forum #11886. While we're on the topic of highres/absurdres, I really think this should be a metadata-managed tag.

There's a pool called "PNG Overkill", which may serve to accomodate for some of these insanely huge (in dimensions and file size) pictures. However, this pool is not open for public use, the reasons for which I have wondered about for quite some time.

I thought the PNG overkill pool was for badly (aka non-)compressed or retarded lossy->lossless converted images or caps?

This is infact what that pool is for. Check the resolutions and sizes of post #263006 and post #129212 for a decent example.

I think that pool is extremely stupid, but I've made it public. Have fun.
