Yeah that's the impression they give. "Did I hit the minimum yet? Can I stop uploading now?" That might as well be what they're asking.
I have been uploading stuff for a while now, and di more last night but they haven't been approved yet I guess because it doesn't show them under my profile.
Just upload things you like and think of it as a place to keep your stuff and save space on your computer lol. I just do it because I enjoy uploading them and sharing my favourites.
I've been here like 2 weeks and haven't got an invite but I'm still going. Just upload your favourite pics like albert and co say and you should get one eventually.
It's tough, but it's worth it in the long run. Not to mention it seems like you'll just want to be a leech and never upload anything again. Keep going and maybe you'll get one. That's all I'm doing just uploading and being helpful to the site. Somebody will notice me eventually.
It's like asking for modship on forums, that's a big no no. If the admin sees you're good they'll mod you, asking=epic fail and they'll never even consider you. I've turned down several good posters on forums because of that.

There is one image in your profile as an upload, and none of your images are in the approval queue (and the queue is getting big, argh). So either someone deleted them all or your uploads aren't going through.
Lol I didn't mean for it to get all "dramatic" haha. Just the wait is kind of a killer hehe.
And whenever I upload it says "Successfully uploaded" so I don't know what's going on...and I rated them properly and tagged them so I don't know what's going on. They were all safe images to yesterday...
Can someone look into this for me? No wonder I'm not getting noticed! I thought I couldn't see some of them because the ones I uploaded first were NSFW but these were...

Nope. It just says successfully uploaded. Even when I uploaded my first ones like last week or so it went fine, and I remember a mod deleted one of my pictures but explained why. But under my profile it only says 1 post...I don't know what's going on here.
It's not like anything I uploaded was bad quality either, the pictures were of a decent size and no compression or anything, especially the first upload which I hand picked for about an hour.
I don't get this. Atleast it makes sense why I haven't been noticed now, I mean even albert went through my first posts and gave me advice when I wasn't sure if something was safe or not.
So what is going on? I uploaded 7 pictures yesterday and it showed all 7 as my posts but when I clicked on the "7" to show all posts uploaded by me, all I got was "Nobody here but us chickens!" so I thought it might be in que but JXH just explained now that I have nothing in there...

I assume it works like this:
When you click on the posts you uploaded and they are being counted and don't appear, it's because they are pending approval.
When the post count "mysteriously" decreases is because the posts didn't get through which is your current status.
Okay I hear what you're saying. But why wouldn't the posts get through? I'm confused haha.
And the same thing happened with my first upload like I mentioned above. Anything I upload never gets through, how will I ever get anywhere near privilege :P My first upload was mainly 99% all Bleach NSFW pics and only 1 picture was deleted by I think albert or someone else(sorry i forgot who it was) I should be at 50+ posts by now.
I want to contribute and earn my membership status but if my stuff keeps disappearing who'll take me seriously? And like i said. None of them were bad quality either, they were all very large dimension wise and high resolution.

Maybe you're uploading stuff that's already in the system.
well I too am trying to get privalaged and I've been uploading doujins and mangas that are NSFW, one way that I've found out if my post are being looked at is post your pic and have minimum number of tags, basically the series its from if its manga/doujin/CG and upload it.
After half a day or so go check back your profile and see if there are additional tags tacked on, and then that proves someone looked at it and edited -- a privalaged member XD
well this has worked for me and I only noticed this because I just started uploading yesterday thereofore my tag list is quite short
I've uploaded a few things and I think it's fun in general. Privileged is just a bonus in my mind. I'm taking it easy with everything, which I think is the best to do. You're here to enjoy yourself and not feel obligated to upload like it's your job. Just whatever you pick up at the moment you feel like sharing. Maybe I have a different ideology than others but it works for me.
