Are 800x600 images still wallpapers?

I'm going through the D wallpapers, and will be happy to update the tags. I do notice some wallpapers are 800x600 which is something of an "obsolete" wallpaper size. I personally don't see any reason to continue tagging them as wallpapers, and will be happy to remove this tag.

If the "wallpaper" tag is based on size alone, then it's pointless, since you can just search for sizes and size ranges directly. If there is to be a "wallpaper" tag, I'd use it for images that are fit for use as wallpaper, in terms of contents, proportions, quality, etc. The exact size is actually one of the least important concerns, since anyone can scale a picture up or down as long as the original resolution is sufficient.
