Karamiti has been redirecting to Toba Hiyoko lately. The URL linked for Toba Hiyoko (which is indeed for that person), is not the page we got Karamiti from.
Toba Hiyoko: http://dog-style.org/ This is correct, that page is by an artist named 鳥羽ひよこ.
Karamiti: http://kisimeen.blog84.fc2.com/ This is what was linked, but it was removed by someone.
As http://kisimeen.blog84.fc2.com/blog-entry-1.html explains, it seems like the Kismeen site is for multiple artists (disclaimer, I don't really read Japanese much). One of those is indeed Toba Hiyoko. The first listed is Karamiti.
Question is, whose art is the art posted on the front page of the Kismeen site? My guess was that からみてぃ (Karamiti) person. But it definitely isn't Toba Hiyoko, because if you go to his site, images listed originally under Karamiti aren't there. He doesn't have any Nanoha or Lucky Star images or anything like that.
My suggestion is to remove the Karamiti > Toba Hiyoko alias (that, at least, is confirmed wrong), and leave Karamiti or maybe Kismeen as the artist for the http://kisimeen.blog84.fc2.com/ site, unless someone can figure something else out.
