[APPROVED] Tag alias: mecha_to_identify -> mecha_request

create alias mecha_to_identify -> mecha_request

All the other tagme tags are in the format of *_request except mecha, which it would probably be better to bring it in line with other tags

Though I do wonder if there is any way to get the vehicle and weapon boffins to look at the _request tags. Only tagmee is regularly worked to zero.

I guess those things are probably too specific. Can't really help with weapons and that stuff since I don't get in touch with these normally.
