mass update mizuki_(pokemon_ultra_sm) -> mizuki_(pokemon_usum)

I would move these tags manually, but pokemon ultra sm already implies pokemon_game.
Reasoning is that we use the short name for every other Pokémon installment and Pokémon USUM is the abbreviation for the latest editions (see also Pixiv tags).
The other two char tags are still pretty small, though.

Yes, we do.
But the reasoning there should be that BW2 is shorter and less obscure to read.
The same should go for USUM: It is shorter and is in my opinion better to read. It's more similar to ORAS, actually.
