It's a cosplay tag that's the culprit again: karakasa_obake_(cosplay)

It can't be cosplay if it isn't a character, so this tag should be purged. Make it karakasa_obake_costume or anything else if necessary, but not something that results in the automatic creation of a character tag.
Perhaps there should be some sort of confirmation dialog or error message that pops up whenever anyone tries to add a *_(cosplay) tag for something that isn't a character tag already. Accidentally changing a tag type shouldn't be this easy.
Moved karakasa_obake_(cosplay) to karakasa_obake_costume and made karakasa_obake general again.
