To tag images where a wig isn't properly covering all of the character's grown hair. Suggesting loose_wig as the tag, though crooked_wig may fit with the likes of crooked_glasses.
If I may play devil's advocate for a moment, if a character's wig isn't crooked or loose, how do you know it's actually a wig? Maybe it's just alternate hair length or alternate hair color. A properly-fitting wig shouldn't look like a wig at all, so you'd have to come up with another reason to tag it.

It could be in a comic or animation, or not actually being worn at all*, or being worn by a non-human or a mannequin etc. that doesn't even have hair.
*very underused tag, this.
