The execution of lines in a bulk update request are independent of each other. That means that it's possible that the last two lines could be run before the first two, in which case they would fail since an alias already exists for those tags.

So the first 3 lines are okay, but the realiasing will have to be done as a separate request.

The remove alias in the above request are not necessary. The aliases were never added in the first place, which you can check by going to the noucome and noukome wikis or to the tag alias page. Instead, you could create the aliases as they need to be with the revised names, which I see you're already doing with BUR #1337.

Basically, since there are no aliases, there would be no conflict between the mass update or the aliases, no matter which order they are run in. So you could do it all with just the following.

alias noucome -> ore_no_nounai_sentakushi_ga_gakuen_love-comedy_wo_zenryoku_de_jama_shiteiru
alias noukome -> ore_no_nounai_sentakushi_ga_gakuen_love-comedy_wo_zenryoku_de_jama_shiteiru
