create implication moderate_pubic_hair -> pubic_hair
If this tag is to keep, then it should be implicated to the umbrella tag.
EDIT: The tag implication moderate_pubic_hair -> pubic_hair has been rejected by @Type-kun.

I'm not saying this tag should be purged, but I completely don't understand the meaning of it. How can pubic hair be "maintained" but "not styled in any way"? If we need a tag for pubic hair that is kept shorn or waxed around the edges, which seems to be the intended use of this tag, wouldn't it be preferable to go with something less ambiguous, like the commonly understood bikini line?
Tentative +1 to an implication, not fond of the name or description of the tag though.
Well, I think this good work together with excessive_pubic_hair.
Like, everything that isn't "excessive" (what a stupid name by the way) is "moderate" and "pubic_hair", without any qualifier is an umbrella tag then.
What does this tag add that pubic_hair -excessive_pubic_hair don't? I'm sure "excessive" is readily apparent to anyone, but "moderate" is largely a judgment call, and it's often the "standard" way of drawing pubic hair.

What is about stubbled pubic hair?
To be honest, the stubbles tag is still something that is used for facial hair...
I've been considering moving shaved to something like pubic_stubble since there's still people tagging completely smooth characters with it, but that's a topic for a different time. And no, I wouldn't consider it "proper" pubic hair.
