I've been wanting to upload the Hecatia image from this twitter post https://twitter.com/azchan105/status/907802108748980225 and I couldn't find it by itself on twitter or pixiv. Is there a way to upload it without using https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DJkpL0CVoAAg6x7.jpg as a source?
Try the batch bookmarklet.
If it doesn’t work because your browser won’t let you, go to https://danbooru.donmai.us/uploads/batch?url=[full Twitter URL here] with the Twitter URL at the end there (don’t include the square brackets).
Like so: https://danbooru.donmai.us/uploads/batch?url=https://twitter.com/azchan105/status/907802108748980225
Then click on the images you want to upload.
Huh... I though the url parameter needed to be URL encoded, but I guess not... <_<

Note: Bookmarklets are normally disabled on certain sites like Twitter using the Firefox web browser. In order to use any of the above bookmarklets from those sites, install and use the Firefox addon Bookmarklets Context Menu.

I looked at an ASCII dump of the HTTP request going out and Firefox doesn’t URL-encode it for me. It’s going out to the server just like that.

Yeah, that's a pretty good idea, but it'll have to be hard-coded in. Unfortunately, pages like that can't be rendered correctly with DText.
I'll make a note of your suggestion on issue #3218, which evazion filed for the Twitter/Firefox issue.

Thanks for that, I should've read the bookmarklet description in more depth.
