"You must either move the wiki"

Hi, i was trying to create an artist page/wiki for tbr5656 but i noticed it wasn't appearing in suggested artists.
And that's because, even though it is listed as an artist and has a wiki, only the wiki was registered... as a wiki.
And now i can't create an artist entry because of the wiki.

I tried deleting the wiki but, it just appears as (deleted), it doesn't actually get deleted and, when i try to register the tbr5656 name again as an artist, it gives me the message "You must either move the wiki page or pick another artist name." but i could not for the life of me find any indication on this site as to how to move a wiki.

I fixed that for you. Basically, artist name checking only occurs at creation, so I created an artist entry with a temporary name, then renamed it to tbr5656.

I also fixed the wiki.

Can you please tell me how you fixed the wiki?
That was a big thing why i ended up also making a post, the error message was telling me what to do to fix it but i couldn't find any information as to how to do those things.

1. Created new artist with name tbr5656a. (The name doesn't matter... it's just temporary)
2. Renamed the just created artist to tbr5656.
3. Undeleted wiki and added appropriate information.
