You should try https://safebooru.donmai.us/user_upgrade/new ... that's where the above link would redirect you anyways.

http://safebooru.donmai.us/ works for me, but https does not. (Same in danbooru)
Wow... that is downright weird. I'm getting the same issue with Internet Explorer (Version 11). I adjusted some of the security settings, but I'm still getting nothing.
Can anyone else connect to Danbooru Secure (HTTPS) using Internet Explorer?
Have you tried a different browser, or does the above issue affect you on all browsers?
Can confirm, https://safebooru.donmai.us/ doesn't work in Internet Explorer for me either.
