I created a wet pavement tag a while back, for pavement that has become reflective due to rain, for example. Today I was uploading something with a similar effect, but with a road / sidewalk instead of pavement. I found the wet ground tag, which looks like it is only on two posts. I think there should just be one tag for this, no matter what the "ground" happens to be made of. This will probably end up being an alias thread, or we can just do it manually, but I wanted input first on what to call this tag, or if there's already a more widely used one that I'm not aware of. This seems like a more common artistic effect than the post counts of these two tags would suggest.
