Uploading art that was deleted from pixiv

This looks like something that has been asked before, but is it okay to upload art that was deleted from pixiv and therefore directly from my PC? If it matters, here's some context:
This artist recently deleted all his erotic content, two of which I wish to upload: https://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?id=268088
I do not know why this was done, but his Twitter icon and header also were erased, becoming blank. This might imply regret, but the Twitter profile description still includes "I love boobs(n‘∀‘)η Watch out minors, as there's dirty content!" (rough translation), so there may not be regret.

Go for it. Just specify it's bad pixiv id and put in the HTML URL as source since there's nothing better you might have available for it (unless you do have the old direct image URL).

That is ok.
A bad pixiv id is not a reason to not approve a post.

Did you download the pictures from Pixiv but have the links? If yes go for it.
