The reason I'm asking is that there's a specific user by the name of "game2009" who keeps on removing images from the "Unhappy Adorable" pool on the basis of "quality" without realizing that the entire site is quality-based. His decisions are often incredibly controversial and he usually gets his way by repeatedly removing the image until everyone else gives up despite the fact that he's, more often than not, the only person who doesn't agree that the image belongs in "Unhappy Adorable". I want to be able to put a lid on this and I'm honestly not finding any despite the fact that he's been at it for nearly three years.
