The last request (topic #14044) was withdrawn on the ground that topic #14042 is rejected already, but topic #14042 was an alias request and this is an implication request.

I believe a special version of a character and the general tag for that character is one use case for tag implication, right?

EDIT: The tag implication tanned_cirno -> cirno has been rejected by @Type-kun.

The rat's nest of FATE/x character tags comes to mind as an example.

I almost approved it, but post #2739730 made me change my mind - it's definitely a tanned_cirno cosplay, but I wouldn't call it a Cirno cosplay.
