New admin: jxh2154

I've decided to hire a new admin to help with tag maintenance duties, since the other two admins are fairly inactive and the new approval process is a lot more intensive.

The main privilege admins have over moderators is the authority to approve/delete aliases and implications. jxh2154 has been a long time contributor here and has displayed good judgement in the past, so I have no reservations about taking him on as a new admin.

I'll continue to look through new requests and approve ones that have received a fair amount of discussion. Please do use the Tag Alias/Tag Implication headers since it makes them easier to find.

The better the arguments the easier it is to make a decision. Sound logic = good, name-calling and "you're an idiot" = bad. Especially when it's something I don't know a lot about and don't want to make a unilateral decision on.

Just to note, I'll probably do most deletion/addition approval/denial stuff on weekends. If you ask for something on a Monday and everyone agrees with you and nothing happens for a few days, that doesn't mean you're being ignored. Not that I don't read these forums pretty much every day, and not that I won't do that stuff on weekdays too, but it's easier to find the time on the weekends.
