Edited tohno_shiki_(original) to tohno_shiki_(2)

Main reason:
The previous name of the tag was a spoiler of its own.

Possible disadvantage:
The new tag may be less intuitive for those who know about the character. I tried to use the shortest possible qualifier to mitigate this.

Also made a new spoiler-free Tohno Shiki (2) wiki entry, as the previous version -see Tohno Shiki (original)- was rife with spoilers (shouldn't it be deleted?).

I'm kinda ambivalent about using numbers to disambiguate tags. If this sets a precedent, why shouldn't we use numbers to disambiguate artists? A lot more convenient than using the site name or Pixiv handle (if one even exists).

I think this is the only case where it works intuitively, with artists you would have to go through all of the numbers to find the one you're after.

It's nice to have the website in the artist name in many cases, since they are often used as an unofficial nickname among foreign fans (especially if they can't read the artist's name, or if the artist has a generic name like Makoto or something). Plus, I don't like numbered entries in general, so if there's an alternative, I'd prefer it.
