It's true, however, that right now there's no forum search and no comprehensive rules page (or any rules page at all, for that matter), so "I didn't know" is a sort-of valid excuse (though lurk moar applies too, as usual). See also http://cart.donmai.us/ticket/229

So double account and managed to get both of them jailed for breaking rules after specifically asking for said rules? Cute.
However, my point still holds, right now there's no way for anyone willing to learn the rules to do so, save for painfully browsing each and every forum thread and scavenging relevant bits and pieces.

A general posting rule set would help stop unwanted images and should be easily reached.
This topic seems to be derailing so I'll ask something relevant to the reports thing.
Can reports be done by any member (as in non-privileged as well)? If so, I wonder if an occasion might occur where somebody gives a negative report and somebody gives a negative report back (assuming the reports aren't anonymous) and so that person does the same and it just becomes a negative report slap-fest. Is there anything to prevent such an occurrence, or will you just trust that your members not be childish?
