Is there a tag for the rippling stretch in clothing between nipples, caused by excessive tightness in garments around the chest area?

Probably not.
Most artists don't use that much realism when drawing skin-tight clothing, which is why there's an impossible_shirt tag.
I move for breast_strain... e.g. post #637379 and post #616461

Yeah, that sounds completely plausible. I know other tags have evolved in this fashion.

A bit late, but I'm glad we went with taut shirt. Much nicer-sounding than the alternatives.

Sure. I think that breast_strain was accurate and fit the bill, but taut_shirt pays a better tribute to the language. :-)
