U took this scene from omamori himari, at least tag it

The uploader is not the artist and did not take this scene from anywhere. You also can't expect uploaders to always recognize the origin series of a parody, especially for a nondescript breast grab gif like this.

I added the tags since it is from that series as shown here. Next time you recognize a scene from a series and it doesn't have the tag, you can add it yourself.

I will give props for recognizing the character from a single scene like this, but Blank has a point to not be rude in pointing it out. So ur aware, u can use the "Edit Tag" option whenever u c something missing, or if too lazy u can comment in a nicer way at the very least :D

I have the same statement here for the neckbeards angry about Lady Kesh as I do for the hypocrites who smugly mock those neckbeard while whining so loudly about Tifa, 2B, Bayonetta, and most recently Eve from Stellar Blade.

It's a fictional character. Why are you getting so upset about lines on a screen?

Because people who aren't even fans are changing things other people like. I mean, I think it's pretty damn reasonable to be upset that tourists are ruining something that brings you joy. Should people just give up on the things they enjoy while other people destroy them just because "it's just lines on a screen"? It's a lot more than that to a lot of people, or they wouldn't be paying money for it, and it's ridiculous that people that don't even fund the hobby can dictate how that hobby operates.

Star Nun: "Time to scare some Ducklings."

Ducklings: "Help, our friend is getting murdered!"

Froggy Nun: "Pretty sour but I don't feel a difference."

    Clumsy Nun: "Hmmmm.... Citrus Duckling."
Glasses Nun: "That kind of disciplinary action is overkill, Star Nun."

So... if that kind of advert is full of red flags, then what should a company that genuinely wants to cultivate new talent from scratch off the street in hopes of getting a lifelong hire put on their fliers?

I mean, that's what 1st gen SMEs whose owner is looking to retire often set out to do.

Rinnosuke's flyer looks more like something out of a cult than a proper job advertisement: no info at all on the actual job or the company, extremely vague skill requirements, and terms like "new home" or "place to grow" are textbook red flags of a scummy place looking to ruthlessly exploit naive newcomers who don't know any better. It's a well-known fact that businesses comparing themselves to a home or a family or anything like this are to be avoided like the plague.

I've known my fair share of scummy or just incompetent small business owners who were awful to work under, including one who accused me of a crime just to avoid getting in trouble for his own fuck-ups (it didn't work out for him, his accusations were quite easy to disprove).

No experience required -> Anyone who's worked anywhere halfway decent would leave after the first day
We only want the best -> We'll fire you for any reason, any reason at all
A place to grow -> Training? Hah.
Hard Workers highly valued -> Expect to be micromanaged to death
A new home for you -> Hope you brought a pillow, because you'll be sleeping at your desk after overtime's done
Probationary period -> Hope you're not expecting to be, y'know, paid.
