Imply the Neptunia CPUs

The CPU forms are alternate forms of the main characters, and in most cases they look almost the same so an implication is needed.
On another note, Rei's CPU form is tagged as only "Goddess form", although it does have a canon name as "CPU of Chaos", so I was wondering if the tag should perhaps be renamed as well before this implication.

If people were already tagging the HDDs with the base form tags, I might be okay with this, but from a quick look, it seems like Nepgear is the only one that actually has a relevant percentage of posts tagged with both the HDD and base form tags. She's also the only one where both forms largely resemble each other. Most of the rest look like two entirely different people, save for Purple Heart somewhat resembling an older Neptune.
